2. Data We Collect
We may collect information required to create and manage an account, including first name, last name, email address, subscription information, preferences, content progress, support requests and technical information required to operate the service.
3. Purposes of Processing
Personal data is used to create and administer accounts, provide VIVANTE services, manage subscriptions and payments, provide support, secure the platform, improve the user experience and send service-related communications.
4. Payments
Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider. VIVANTE is not intended to directly store complete payment card information where such information is processed by the payment provider.
5. Technical Service Providers
Certain data may be processed by technical providers required to operate VIVANTE, including providers used for hosting, authentication, email delivery, security, technical analytics and payments. These are mainly Cloudflare (hosting and security), Supabase (accounts and database), Resend (email delivery), Mux and YouTube (video playback) and ABA Bank — ABA PayWay (payments).
6. Data Retention
Personal data is retained for as long as necessary to provide the service and comply with applicable legal, accounting, tax and security requirements.

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or disclosure.

Users may request access to or correction of their personal data and, where applicable, request deletion or submit other requests relating to the processing of their personal data.
9. Cookies and Measurement Tools
VIVANTE uses cookies or similar technologies strictly necessary for the operation of the service (sign-in, security, payment). VIVANTE also measures its traffic with its own statistics, without advertising tools. During a payment, the secure ABA PayWay window is provided by ABA Bank, which may use its own measurement tools (including Google Analytics); this is governed by ABA Bank’s privacy policy. YouTube videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com).
10. International Transfers
Certain technical service providers may process data from countries outside Cambodia. Where required, we seek to use providers offering appropriate safeguards.
11. Changes to This Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect changes to the service, the providers used or applicable legal requirements.
