Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the VIVANTE platform, operated by Manon Yoga Union.

VIVANTE provides access to yoga content, sessions, programs, digital resources and related services depending on the offer selected by the user.

2. Service Operator

The VIVANTE service is operated by MANON YOGA, a sole proprietorship registered in the Kingdom of Cambodia.

3. Account Creation

Access to certain VIVANTE features requires the creation of a personal account.

Users agree to provide accurate information and to keep their login credentials confidential.

4. Offers and Free Trial

Every new account includes a 7-day free trial, without a payment card and without any charge. At the end of the trial, access to subscriber content stops unless the user chooses a paid plan.

When the user chooses a paid plan, the first payment is charged on the day of subscription. The offer, price and next billing date are displayed before confirmation.

5. Payments

Payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider.

VIVANTE does not itself operate as a bank or payment services provider.

6. Subscription, Renewal and Cancellation

Where an offer renews automatically, the applicable price, billing frequency and renewal terms are displayed before subscription.

VIVANTE subscriptions may be cancelled at any time.

No payment is charged during the 7-day free trial, which requires no payment card.

For monthly subscriptions (Monthly and Presence), cancellation prevents future recurring payments.

For the 1-year plan (12-month commitment billed in twelve monthly instalments), cancellation takes effect after the twelfth instalment and does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for periods already paid, except where required by applicable law.

7. Use of Content

Content made available through VIVANTE is intended for personal, non-commercial use unless otherwise expressly authorized.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, resale or sharing of the content is prohibited.

8. Responsibility

Users remain responsible for how they use the content available on the platform.

Physical practices should be adapted to each person’s individual condition. Users who are uncertain about their ability to take part in physical activity should seek advice from an appropriate professional.

9. Service Availability

We make reasonable efforts to keep VIVANTE available, but temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or technical reasons.

10. Personal Data

The processing of personal data is described in VIVANTE's Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to the service, applicable regulations or business practices.

12. Applicable Law

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
