Cancellation Policy

1. Scope

This policy explains the cancellation, termination and access-end conditions applicable to VIVANTE offers.

2. Free Trial

Every new account includes a 7-day free trial, starting when the email address is confirmed. No payment card is required and no amount is charged during the free trial.

At the end of the free trial, access to subscriber content stops unless the user chooses a paid plan. No paid subscription starts automatically.

When the user chooses a paid plan, the first payment is charged on the day of subscription, then automatically every month at the price displayed before confirmation.

3. Monthly Subscription

Monthly subscriptions renew according to the price and billing frequency displayed at the time of subscription.

Users may request cancellation at any time. Unless otherwise stated, access remains available until the end of the period already paid for and no further charge is made after that date.

4. 1-Year Offer

The 1-year offer is a 12-month commitment billed in twelve monthly instalments. The first instalment is charged on the day of subscription. The monthly amount and the 12-month commitment are displayed before confirmation.

If cancellation is requested during the commitment, it is recorded immediately and takes effect after the twelfth monthly instalment; the remaining instalments remain due. Access remains available through the period covered by the last payment.

5. Effect of Cancellation

Cancellation prevents future renewals. It does not necessarily terminate immediately access to content already covered by a paid period.

6. Refunds

Unless required by applicable law or in the event of a confirmed billing error, subscription periods that have already started are not automatically refundable.

Exceptional refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

7. Electronic Receipts

An electronic receipt is generated and sent to the customer by email after every successful payment, including recurring subscription charges.

The electronic receipt contains the relevant transaction details and confirms that the payment has been successfully processed.

8. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, access may be restricted or suspended until the payment issue is resolved.

9. How to Cancel

Where the feature is available, users may request cancellation through their personal account.

Confirmation of the request and, where applicable, the access end date are displayed or communicated to the user.

11. Applicable Law

Subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply, this policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
